Production & Delivery: Each YASMINE wig is individually handcrafted and customized to order. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production, customization, and quality inspection before shipping. Custom color and density requests may require additional processing time.

Important: Ready-to-Wear wigs typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks. All custom wigs, medical wigs, hair toppers, and made-to-order units require approximately 6–8 weeks for production before shipment.

Important Delivery Information

To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please provide a valid phone number at checkout. Carriers may use this information if they need to contact you regarding your shipment.

We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible. While we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, delivery times may be longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs (In Stock)

Ready-to-Wear wigs are the only products that ship quickly.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping transit time: approximately 2–3 weeks
  • Tracking information is emailed once the order ships

If you need a wig quickly, we recommend selecting one of our Ready-to-Wear styles.

Custom Wigs & Specialty Hair Systems

All custom-made wigs, medical wigs, hair toppers, and made-to-order units require production before shipping.

Production time: 6–8 weeks

This includes:

  • Cranial prosthesis units
  • Custom-sized wigs
  • Customized color requests
  • Specialty hair systems
  • Most made-to-order hair units

Production begins after payment is received and order details are confirmed.

Hair Extensions & Made-to-Order Hair Products

Many hair extensions, closures, frontals, and specialty hair products are produced specifically for each customer.

Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and fulfillment unless otherwise noted on the product page.
