Important Reminder

Ready-to-Wear wigs typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks. All custom wigs, medical wigs, hair toppers, and made-to-order hair systems require approximately 6–8 weeks for production before shipment.

At Bostock Hair For Her, every order is handled with care to ensure you receive a beautiful, high-quality hair solution. Please review the information below regarding processing times, production times, and shipping expectations.

Important Shipping Notice

Ready-to-Wear Wigs

Ready-to-Wear wigs are the only products that typically ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping transit time: approximately 2–3 weeks
  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

If you need a wig as quickly as possible, we recommend selecting one of our Ready-to-Wear styles.

Custom Wigs & Made-to-Order Hair Systems

Most of our products are handcrafted and made specifically for each customer.

These products require approximately 6–8 weeks for production before shipment, including:

  • Custom Lace Front Wigs
  • Custom Full Lace Wigs
  • Medical Wigs
  • Cranial Prosthesis Units
  • Hair Toppers
  • Custom Color Orders
  • Specialty Hair Systems
  • Most Made-to-Order Wigs

Production begins after payment is received and all order details have been confirmed.

Hair Extensions, Closures & Frontals

Many hair extensions, closures, frontals, and specialty hair products are prepared specifically for each order.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow approximately:

6–8 weeks for processing and fulfillment.

Order Processing

After placing your order:

  1. Your order is reviewed and verified.
  2. Production begins (if applicable).
  3. Quality inspection is completed.
  4. Your order is packaged and shipped.
  5. Tracking information is emailed to you.

You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Addresses

To help ensure successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • A valid phone number is recommended for delivery updates.
  • Physical addresses are preferred whenever possible.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses; however, delivery times may be longer depending on carrier limitations.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Shipment confirmation email

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using one or more of the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • USPS

Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and shipping requirements.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by their local government.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Global transportation issues
