Return Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email photos and a description of the issue to info@bostockhairforher.com
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Lace must remain uncut
- Tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- Hair must not be washed, colored, chemically processed, or altered
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Custom-made wigs
- Customized color orders
- Clearance and closeout items
- Special-order products
- Items with cut lace
- Worn or altered products
Return & Exchange Process

- Photos of the product
- Description of the issue

Ship the item back in its original condition.
