Designed with a full polyurethane (PU) medical base, breathable lace construction, and fully hand-tied craftsmanship, ELLE provides enhanced security, comfort, and stability for women experiencing complete or partial hair loss. The advanced medical design allows for a secure fit while maintaining a lightweight, natural feel throughout the day.
Available in 120%, 130%, and 150% densities, ELLE can be customized to achieve your desired level of fullness and style.
Ideal for women experiencing hair loss due to alopecia, chemotherapy, trichotillomania, lupus, hormonal conditions, and other medically related hair loss concerns. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production.

Women experiencing hair loss due to alopecia, chemotherapy, trichotillomania, and other medical conditions may qualify for insurance reimbursement for a cranial prosthesis. Depending on your individual policy and eligibility, insurance may cover a significant portion of the cost and, in some cases, up to 100% of approved expenses.

Shipping & Processing Information
Important: Ready-to-Wear wigs typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks. All custom wigs, medical wigs, hair toppers, and made-to-order units require approximately 6–8 weeks for production before shipment.
Important Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please provide a valid phone number at checkout. Carriers may use this information if they need to contact you regarding your shipment.
We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible. While we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, delivery times may be longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Ready-to-Wear wigs are the only products that ship quickly.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping transit time: approximately 2–3 weeks
- Tracking information is emailed once the order ships
If you need a wig quickly, we recommend selecting one of our Ready-to-Wear styles.
Custom Wigs & Specialty Hair Systems
All custom-made wigs, medical wigs, hair toppers, and made-to-order units require production before shipping.
Production time: 6–8 weeks
This includes:

Production begins after payment is received and order details are confirmed.
Hair Extensions & Made-to-Order Hair Products
